Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons during evening and weekend hours
- Manage reservation systems and seating arrangements efficiently
- Prepare and maintain pristine dining areas according to health standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Assist in opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Basic cash handling and POS knowledge
- Must be 18+ years old
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
