Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service with a warm and welcoming demeanor

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations

- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

- Collaborate with team members during peak evening and weekend rushes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Proficiency in reservation systems and point-of-sale software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (if required for errands)
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
