Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and during all interactions
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism
- Operate hotel systems including POS and property management software
- Maintain pristine lobby, common areas, and guest rooms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Pennsylvania food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
