Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular cleaning protocols
- Collaborate with security teams for venue safety compliance
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Support event setup and breakdown operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid ID
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Previous hospitality or customer service preferred
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
