Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and check-in/check-out services during evening shifts
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Uphold brand standards through immaculate presentation and service excellence
- Participate in evening training sessions and team briefings
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible evening/night schedules (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Proficient in basic computer systems and reservation software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada gaming card (if applicable to role)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
