Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service during evening hours
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or food service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years old to handle cash transactions
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
