Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening operations (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards across all areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Support inventory management and restocking procedures
Qualifications
