Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening operations (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and gourmet food offerings
- Manage reservations and optimize table turnover for maximum efficiency
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas
- Process payments accurately and reconcile cash registers nightly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow
- Upsell premium offerings to enhance guest experience and revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in fast-paced hospitality or service industry
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of food safety and alcohol service protocols
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude under pressure with multitasking proficiency
- Must be 21+ years old due to alcohol service requirements
