Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening dining hours, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive table service
- Prepare and present food/beverage orders with precision and attention to presentation standards
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately while maintaining financial accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of food service or customer experience role
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Food safety certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's License or willingness to obtain
