Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brew.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including the espresso bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock inventory and assist with food preparation and plating.
- Handle cash transactions and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Eager to learn about coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
