Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks and food items according to strict recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace to ensure the highest level of food safety and hygiene.
- Greet customers with a smile, answer questions about our menu, and provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning the store during and after shifts.
- Learn and execute latte art techniques to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available for passionate candidates.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles is a plus.
