Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and retrieve inventory efficiently and safely.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain up-to-date stock records using warehouse management software.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in strict compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training upon hiring).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
