Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage high-volume inventory receiving, processing, and distribution
- Operate advanced warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain precise inventory control systems and documentation
- Implement strict safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum operational efficiency
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/logistics experience
- Valid OSHA certification and forklift operation license
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
