Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Certification in forklift operation or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
