Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments with precision and speed
- Organize and stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation systems

- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking objectives
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Support floor transitions during early morning operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in stocking, warehouse, or retail operations
- Ability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts reliably
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
