Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into proprietary databases with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions including invoices, contracts, and client records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information
- Perform daily reconciliation of data discrepancies using internal validation protocols
- Generate and distribute weekly productivity reports with key performance metrics
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods for seamless workflow
- Adhere to HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance standards for all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
