Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input large volumes of data into our proprietary database systems with 99% accuracy.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure all information is correct and up-to-date.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on completed data entry tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols regarding sensitive client and company information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other specialized software for reporting and tracking.
- Assist in the digitization of physical documents and filing records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during night shifts.
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills are a plus.
