Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and verify customer and company data into our secure database systems.
- Review source documents for errors and discrepancies before data entry.
- Transcribe data from various formats (paper, PDF, digital) into electronic formats.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
- Generate and distribute weekly data reports to management.
- Assist in the maintenance of digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection if remote work is required.
