- Perform nightly reconciliation of transaction records with 99.9% accuracy
- Process sensitive documents with strict adherence to HIPAA and GDPR protocols
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Maintain secure digital archives with advanced encryption standards
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping time zones
- Utilize automation tools to optimize data processing workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience in financial or healthcare sectors
- Proven typing speed of 8,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- CompTIA Data+ or equivalent data management certification preferred
- Experience with EHR systems or financial databases
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to minute details
