Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in premium retail environments before store opening
- Manage inventory rotation to ensure freshness and optimal product availability
- Maintain pristine store standards through detailed visual merchandising and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with overnight teams to coordinate stocking schedules and priorities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling high-volume merchandise
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent time management skills with consistent punctuality
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
