Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain inventory accuracy and store readiness
- Execute plan-o-grams to ensure optimal product placement and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas throughout shift
- Support inventory control initiatives and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking, warehouse operations, or similar role
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in early morning hours
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management tasks
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual arrival for 4:00 AM shifts
