Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments during early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Efficiently stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas following company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all stocking zones
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily stocking goals and operational targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Document inventory discrepancies and participate in cycle counts as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking, warehouse operations, or similar role
- Ability to work consistently during early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management tasks
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
