Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with products in a timely manner
- Ensure proper rotation of inventory (FIFO) and accurate pricing
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Report inventory discrepancies to department manager
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Early morning availability (shifts typically 4 AM - 12 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (for potential supply runs)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
