Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise across all departments before store opening
- Manage inventory rotation and ensure accurate shelf pricing
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floors
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize stocking workflows
- Conduct quality checks on products and report discrepancies
- Support special projects during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts consistently
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
- Basic inventory management or POS system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation required)
