Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments during early morning hours
- Organize stockrooms and display areas according to company guidelines
- Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional signage placement
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all storage areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless inventory transitions
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment efficiently
- Report inventory discrepancies and stock shortages promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4-6 hour shifts starting between 4:00-6:00 AM
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Attention to detail in merchandising and organization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
