Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise shipments and organize inventory according to company standards
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Support price markdowns and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Early morning availability (shifts typically 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
