Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming inventory with precision and speed
- Optimize product placement according to planograms and sales data
- Execute inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily stocking efficiency targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Communicate stock discrepancies and operational needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable early morning availability (shifts start 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
