Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock with precision and speed.
- Shelf Maintenance: Stock shelves and displays to ensure products are accessible, well-arranged, and visually appealing.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail stocking or warehouse logistics is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization.
- Compliance: Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
