Responsibilities
- Stocking & Shelving: Efficiently unload delivery trucks and organize stock according to strict planograms and company standards.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual appeal by arranging products neatly, ensuring pricing tags are correct, and keeping shelves fully stocked.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits, reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms clean, organized, and safe for both team members and customers.
- Customer Support: Provide friendly assistance to customers regarding product locations and availability when needed.
- Load Preparation: Prepare pallets and merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring proper rotation to minimize waste and spoilage.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM) on a consistent basis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy regarding inventory counts and visual presentation.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance; ability to adhere to a strict schedule.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Equipment Operation: Comfortable operating standard retail equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
