Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and safely transport merchandise to the sales floor.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to visual merchandising standards.
- Organize inventory, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and remove expired items.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized for a superior customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math and counting skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
