Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and stock merchandise onto shelves to meet company visual standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment throughout the early morning shift.
- Organize inventory and rotate stock using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure product freshness.
- Assist in the receiving process, including checking incoming deliveries for accuracy and damages.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the management team.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and handling products.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and proper ticketing of all merchandise.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Basic math skills for inventory and price checking.
- Previous experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
