As an Early Morning Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have access to the products they need. Your attention to detail and hard work will directly impact our store's efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise onto shelves and racks efficiently.
- Organize products according to size, style, and department to maximize sales space.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor environment.
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks and preparing items for the sales floor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of morning tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM start time).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
