Responsibilities
- Receive and Unload incoming shipments and stock merchandise according to established safety and organization standards.
- Maintain Stockroom Organization by ensuring aisles are clear, shelves are stocked, and the general area is clean.
- Monitor Inventory levels and assist in regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Assist Customers by locating products and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and barcode scanners safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Ability to commit to a consistent early morning schedule (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory, pricing, and organizing merchandise.
- Communication: Good verbal skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
- No Experience Required: We provide full paid training for the right candidates; prior stocking or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
