Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and verify delivery against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize backroom inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
- Assist in price changes, tagging, and inventory audits.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including early morning hours.
- Willingness to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and pricing.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
