Responsibilities
- Receive and Process Inventory: Unpack shipments, verify contents, and prepare items for stocking.
- Stock Shelves and Racks: Accurately place merchandise on shelves, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and display products attractively.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high-quality standards.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
