Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planogram specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage areas
- Operate inventory management systems and RF scanning equipment
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store transitions
- Adhere to company safety standards and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM start time essential)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
