Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and merchandise inventory before store opening
- Operate powered pallet jacks and warehouse equipment with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with overnight logistics team to optimize stocking workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and merchandising standards
- Train new team members on stocking procedures and equipment operation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse/stocking operations preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
