Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon entry to the store.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with strict adherence to company security policies.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
