Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise efficiently.
- Stock shelves and displays according to established planograms and company standards.
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure a great shopping environment.
- Assist in inventory management and report discrepancies.
- Ensure all products are priced correctly and labeled.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the store.
