Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize merchandise from delivery trucks during early morning shifts
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planogram guidelines
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage zones
- Operate inventory systems and report stock discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking efficiency
- Assist with price tagging and promotional signage placement
Qualifications
- Ability to work reliably 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday-Sunday)
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and price verification
- Attention to detail for accurate stock placement and rotation
- Strong time management skills to meet stocking deadlines
- Valid Florida driver's license (if operating warehouse equipment)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
