Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages and food items according to strict company standards.
- Maintain a pristine, welcoming environment for all guests, including deep cleaning of equipment and workspaces.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to ensure seamless transactions.
- Train and mentor new baristas on our premium brewing techniques and brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and build lasting relationships.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, specialty coffee shop environment.
- Proficiency in latte art and the ability to operate espresso machines with precision.
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills, a friendly, outgoing demeanor, and a passion for customer service.
- Reliable attendance record and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
