Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages and food items according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work environment at all times.
- Operate coffee equipment and point-of-sale systems efficiently during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
