Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries, following strict quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep the workstation clean, sanitized, and organized at all times to comply with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Cross-train in food service and assist the kitchen team as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
