Responsibilities
- Brew high-quality espresso beverages and hand-crafted teas to exacting standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests with warmth and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the service area and restrooms.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process orders and handle payments.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking supplies, and cleaning equipment.
- Cross-train in food preparation and service to support the team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a specialty coffee shop or fast-paced food service is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
