Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, cold brews, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, including deep cleaning of espresso machines and brewing equipment.
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Stock inventory, rotate product, and ensure freshness standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Upsell products and build a loyal customer base through friendly service.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; barista certification is a plus.
