Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy for 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Extended Reality.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists to validate and prototype high-impact technologies.
- Assess the feasibility and viability of new technologies, creating a roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Engage with industry thought leaders, academic institutions, and technology partners to stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive the integration of emerging tech into existing product lines to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to drive business growth.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete execution plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
