Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of advanced AI, predictive modeling, and quantum computing solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and rigorously assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions to drive innovation.
- Drive innovation metrics and report on progress to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen infrastructure ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies (5+ years horizon) and translating them into actionable roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and system architecture.
- Strong background in managing large-scale technical projects and leading diverse engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
