Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap for 2026, aligning technical innovation with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving product innovation and leading digital transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
