Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 AI Strategy, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to maintain Apex Horizon's competitive edge.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Present quarterly roadmaps to the executive board and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation hackathons and internal R&D programs focused on futuristic tech.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong technical background in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in scaling AI products from prototype to production.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
