Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for state-of-the-art Generative AI models and autonomous agents.
- Oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and synthetic data generation to model training and deployment.
- Lead a team of data scientists and AI engineers in pushing the boundaries of NLP and Computer Vision.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and safety through rigorous testing and compliance with emerging AI regulations.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Diffusion Models, or similar advanced generative techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor senior engineers.
